Anyone else notice that gluten-free seems to be the new black? Ten years ago, no one was talking about gluten-free, but now it's gluten-free this and gluten-free that. So what gives? Is it just another evil food trend? For me personally when I eat gluten-free foods my stomach doesn't have as many issues and I just feel better after eating. I don't necessarily think I'm allergic to gluten, but digestion is easier and I'm not bloated after I eat. I just feel better when I don't. There are many people on the other hand that have severe reactions to gluten and avoid the stuff altogether. Anyone looking for gluten-free foods knows it's no easy task, especially around the holidays when there are so many treats coming at us from every direction.
"When you eat better, you feel better. It's that simple, you are what you eat."
