A few months back I wrote about reusable water bottles that I loved. I am back now to introduce you to a bottle I have been using for the past couple months - I love it and just have to share it with you! Well, to be completely honest - my husband is the one who originally fell in love with the KOR Hydration Vessel and hasn't stopped singing it's praises since he first saw a picture of one in a design magazine. Now that he has his hands on one, he might as well get paid to be a rep for the company.
Let's start with the most important thing first - LOOKS (alright, I'm kidding here...kind of.) The KOR Hydration Vessel is beautiful. It's simple and sleek design just begs to be handled and the color options are pleasing to the eye and to your thirst mechanism. The bottle is made of Eastman Tritan - a safe, non-leaching copolyester that is completely BPA-free. It is lighter-weight than stainless steel yet sturdy enough to handle being lugged around in a tote, large purse, backpack or diaper bag. The great thing about this material is that you get the bonus of being able to see your water without using polycarbonate which contains nasties you wouldn't want in your body. Since we have started carrying our water in the KOR, we have received countless questions and compliments on the design. It's truly unlike anything else out there on the market.
The design is genius. From the flip top lid that doesn't smack you in the face when you take a sip to the thread-less mouth piece that allows you to drink without spilling water down your front - this bottle leaves nothing to be desired. We have tried many water bottles in our house and this one is definitely topping the "favorites" list.
